Bill Payment

Sound financial management demands that a high priority be given to the timely payment of monies.  This function along with income is the backbone of sound property management.  A trust fund account is set-up and tailored to your individual banking needs.

Financial Reporting

Along with the two functions above with intelligent reporting, we can give you the owners and/or partners well informed information to aid in the decision making.  Our monthly reports help to prepare for future planning in a timely fashion.

Vacancy Showing

This is time consuming yet an extremely important function.  We work to minimize vacancy time and help bring in the right tenant for the available space.  All means of advertising will be utilized to fill your vacancy.

Supervision and Maintenance

We provide management and supervision of janitorial personnel, HVAC, pest control, painters, handyman services and other maintenance functions.  In addition, we respond to any special property maintenance requests or improvements needed.  We have a list of vendors that are licensed, trustworthy, and cost-efficient if the need should arise.
